What is Moniwell?
A strategic communication platform that delivers psychology backed, money journeys via text.
Supportive messaging and resources reduce stress & anxiety, build confidence and drive emotional engagement in underutilized company benefits.
How does it work?
Employees are auto-enrolled into the MoniConfident program and texts are delivered 1-3 times per week. Employees can opt out at any time.
Using psychology-first nuggets & nudges we build money confidence, so employees are emotionally connected and intrinsically motivated to engage in underutilized employee benefits.
Employer portal provides a simple onboarding experience and ongoing easy access to tools for broadcasting, enrolling new employees and opt-out terminated employees to name a few.

Do you provide reporting?
Yep! π We provide detailed reporting that is uploaded to your platform workspace. You will get both quantitative data, including opt-out data and engagement clicks, as well as qualitative data from real-time money and mental health check-ins.

Is the data safe?
Yes! π
We only take the participant's first name, cell phone, and email address. Once they are in our system, each participant is assigned a number, and information is reported back in the aggregate.

How much does it cost and how do you bill?
Typically, it costs no more than a dollar a month per employee. π
Our subscription-based model charges only for enrolled users (opt-outs are not charged for). We offer a low upfront cost to get started, with flexible plan advisor partnership options, and you can cancel anytime.
